What does a CNC rebar forming machine do?
Quick answer: a CNC rebar forming machine takes straight bar or coil and forms it into finished stirrups and small bent shapes automatically. Our GDWQ4-15A runs single-line on Grade III ribbed rebar of 4–12 mm or double-line at 4–10 mm, with a pull speed of 100 m/min.

What to check: the diameter range (4–12 mm single-line here) and whether you need single or double-line output. Double-line halves the speed per line but doubles output on small diameters, which suits high-volume tie production.
