Buyer's Guide
How to choose the right rebar processing machines for your plant.
Step 1 - Map your production
List the bar sizes you process (Ø6-Ø40) and the shapes you make: straight bars, stirrups/ties, arcs, or threaded rebar for mechanical splices. Your production profile decides the machine family.
Step 2 - Pick the machine family
Each rebar machine family is built for a specific job. Match your production profile below, then open the model that fits.
Recommended for this job
CNC stirrup bending machine (GW25) or five-head machine (ZD-6M-25 / ZD-6M-20) for high output.
CNC rebar bending machine (GJZD6-65CZ / GJZD6-50CZ) or a bending center (GDLWZX-32) for heavy production.
rebar arc bender (GWH50CG / GWH50CZN / SKDZWH-36).
rebar cutter (GQ70A / GQ50A) or a full shearing line (GDQX-500) for mass cutting.
VFD straightening & cutting machine (YGT4-15A(BP)).
thread rolling machine (HGS-40) + band saw (GD-350ZD) for cutting threadable lengths.
Step 3 - Check the numbers that matter
Compare machines by: max bar diameter, cutting/shearing force, bending angle range & accuracy, cycle time, and installed power. Every product page on this site publishes the full specification table - use the numbers, not marketing words.
Key specifications at a glance
Compare the numbers that matter before you buy — bar diameter, capacity and power.
Step 4 - Plan your line
For a complete rebar workshop, combine: straightening & cutting machine - five-head stirrup machine - bending center - cutter, plus a thread rolling station for column splices. Ask us for a line configuration matched to your daily tonnage.
Step 5 - Ask for a quote
Send us the machine models, quantity, your voltage/frequency, and destination port. We reply on WhatsApp within 24 hours with pricing and shipping.
✅ Pre-buy checklist
Questions buyers often ask
How do I choose between a rebar bending machine and a stirrup bending machine?
A rebar bending machine bends straight bars into angles (90°/135° etc.). A stirrup bending machine (single-head or five-head CNC) forms closed stirrups/ties from coiled or straight bar. If your work is stirrups and ties, choose a stirrup machine; if you bend straight bars for beams and columns, a CNC bending machine.
What is the capacity of a CNC five-head stirrup machine?
A five-head machine forms multiple stirrups in one cycle - e.g. ZD-6M-25 processes Ø8x10 bars, Ø10x7, Ø12x5 per stroke at 5-8 seconds per cycle, with ±2 mm length accuracy and ±1° angle accuracy.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 1 machine. For production lines, we quote the complete set. Volume buyers get better pricing.
