What bending radius can a rebar arc bending machine produce?

Quick answer: our arc bending machines bend from R500 mm up to any larger radius, handling rebar up to 50 mm on the GWH50CG and 40 mm on the SKDZWH-36.

Where it is used: arc bending is for curved rebar — tunnel linings, arched beams, silo rings and curved bridge sections — where a standard bender that only makes tight corners will not do. The R500 minimum means you cannot make tight stirrup corners on these machines; they are built for long smooth arcs.

What to check: confirm the minimum radius you need (R500 here) and the largest rebar diameter for that radius, since a thick bar cannot be pulled into the tightest arcs. The GWH50CG runs twin drive rollers at 30–43 rpm; the upgraded GWH50CZN adds full servo speed control from 0–43 rpm.
