What the warranty covers: manufacturing defects in the frame, gearbox, motor, and electrics. Wear parts — cutting blades, rollers, bending pins — are consumables and are not covered, but we keep them in stock for fast replacement.

After-sales: free video support for installation and commissioning, wiring diagrams and manuals in English, and spare parts shipped by courier or with your next order.

How to buy: we offer extended warranty and an on-site engineer (travel + expenses) for larger lines.
