Which rebar machines do I need for foundation work?
Quick answer: a typical foundation setup is a straightening and cutting machine (YGT4-15A, 4–13 mm), a bending machine (GJZD6-50CZ, up to 50 mm), a cutting machine (GQ50A/GQ70A) and, for pile cages, a thread rolling machine (HGS-40, Ø14–40 mm).
Why this set: foundations need straight bars for mats and pile cages (straighten-cut), bent bars for footings and anchor hooks (bend), cut bars for everything (cut), and mechanical couplers on pile and column splices (thread roll).
Start small: if you are doing footings for housing, straighten-cut + bend + cut covers almost everything. Add the thread roller only when your designs use couplers or you want to eliminate lap lengths on heavy bars.
