Buying questions
How do I choose between a rebar bending machine and a stirrup bending machine?
A rebar bending machine bends straight bars into angles (90°/135° etc.). A stirrup bending machine (single-head or five-head CNC) forms closed stirrups/ties from coiled or straight bar. If your work is stirrups and ties, choose a stirrup machine; if you bend straight bars for beams and columns, a CNC bending machine.
What is the capacity of a CNC five-head stirrup machine?
A five-head machine forms multiple stirrups in one cycle - e.g. ZD-6M-25 processes Ø8x10 bars, Ø10x7, Ø12x5 per stroke at 5-8 seconds per cycle, with ±2 mm length accuracy and ±1° angle accuracy.
